Work With Me
I work mostly from a person-centred approach, which means I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported — just as you are. I trust that when you're met with empathy and respect, healing and change can happen naturally.
That said, no two people are the same — so I don’t work with a one-size-fits-all model. I’ll always tailor our work to what feels most helpful for you.
Sometimes I bring in psychodynamic thinking, gently exploring how early relationships or past experiences might still be shaping how you feel and relate today. This can help bring unconscious patterns into the light, where they can be understood and worked through with care.
I also use elements of "parts work" — tuning into the different parts of you that might show up in different moments. Maybe one part of you wants to move forward, while another feels stuck or scared. I’ll support you in getting to know these inner voices with curiosity and compassion.
I find this especially powerful when working with neurodivergent people — those who have often been made to feel like parts of them are too much, too sensitive, or not enough. If you've spent years masking or trying to fit in, therapy can be a space to gently unmask and reconnect with the parts of you that have been shamed, hidden, or dismissed. You don’t have to pretend here.
At the heart of my work is relationship — a therapeutic relationship that is kind, equal, and real. I’ll meet you wherever you’re at, and we’ll figure it out together, at your pace.
Each session is 50 minutes long and costs £65. I offer sessions online.
I also keep a few reduced-rate spaces available — please feel free to ask if this would make therapy more accessible for you.
